Diana Agu is a business and strategy leader, public servant, and education governance professional with over 17 years of experience spanning healthcare, financial services, technology, and public sector leadership. She is known for building, scaling, and transforming organizations at the intersection of innovation, accountability, and social impact.
Public Service & Governance
On January 5, 2026, Diana was sworn in as a member of the Morris School District Board of Education after being elected the previous year. She is the first Nigerian-American and the second African American woman to serve the district, continuing a legacy of service that spans nearly six decades. In her role, she works alongside families, educators, and community leaders to advance academic excellence, inclusive learning environments, and strong governance for all students.
Following her confirmation by the New Jersey Senate in December 2025, Diana joined the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women after being nominated by Governor Phil Murphy. As one of nine appointed commissioners, she collaborates with the Division on Women and state partners to provide advisory insight on policies and programs that advance equity, opportunity, and outcomes for women and families across New Jersey, representing nearly five million women statewide.
Professional Leadership
Professionally, Diana serves as Managing Director of Curain Healthcare Services and is the co-founder of multiple mission-driven ventures focused on care delivery, technology, and systems transformation. Her career includes senior leadership roles at global organizations such as Morgan Stanley and Capgemini, where she founded and led initiatives advancing women’s leadership, organizational excellence, and inclusive growth.

A nationally and internationally recognized speaker, Diana is a Google keynote speaker and has participated in and contributed to conversations at JPMorgan Chase, Google Developer events, United Nations–affiliated events, Women in Technology forums, Morgan Stanley, and the Forbes Healthcare Summit, among other global platforms.
Her work focuses on career development, the future of work, responsible AI, healthcare transformation, and women’s leadership, with an emphasis on building systems that deliver results for institutions and communities through responsible innovation and long-term impact.
Community & Service
Diana has a long-standing commitment to education, equity, and community advancement. She previously served as President of the Morris County Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG), partnering with districts and families to strengthen programming, expand parent education, and improve transparency.

Diana loves people and speaking for the ones whose voice may be lower than ours. She has curated many programs for women, young people and professionals that focuses on education, career growth, social development as well as business ownership in the market place.
In the work place aside from her day to day responsibilities. Diana has advocated and successfully launched many initiatives that helped improve gender diversity, employee engagement and skills training. She was involved in women diversity groups in Morgan Stanley as leader, and was the head of diversity for her organization in Capgemini. She founded the Women Leaders Roundtable (WLR), a women led diversity group while at Capgemini for executive women to support upcoming women leaders. She also designed a Return to work program for women within Capgemini in 2021 that recruits and trains women coming back into the workplace after taking parental leave
Diana is a speaker and event curator. She has spoken at many events for organizations such as Google, Women in Technology, JP Morgan Chase, Capgemini, Positive Planet US, Google NA, DevFest, WomenTech Network, Morgan Stanley etc.
She is a mentor, coach and and a big advocate for women and children. Diana is a social impact curator who believes in creating a way for everyone to thrive. By partnering with the Royal Hope Foundation in Nigeria, Diana has designed and sponsored initiatives that focused on empowering education via several back to school programs that helps pay school fees and help provide personal items such as school uniforms, textbooks, shoes to help children attend school.
