About Diana

Diana Agu brings together public service, governance, and real-world leadership.

She currently serves as a Member of the Morris School District Board of Education and as an appointed Commissioner on the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women. Professionally, she is a business and strategy leader with over 17 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, technology, and the public sector.

Across every role, Diana is guided by one principle: strong systems, built with accountability and care, create better outcomes for people.

Diana’s public service is rooted in education, equity, and responsible governance.

 

As a Member of the Morris School District Board of Education, she works alongside families, educators, and district leadership to advance academic excellence, inclusive learning environments, and thoughtful stewardship of resources.

 

In addition, Diana serves on the New Jersey Advisory Commission on the Status of Women, where she collaborates with state partners to provide insight on policies and programs that support women and families across New Jersey.
